I have a quick suggestion for an app that you may like to check out for TechMynd. Mikogo is a desktop sharing app that is free to use for both commercial and private use. With remote keyboard/mouse control you can use it for remote support, or you can share your screen with up to 10 people for web conferencing and online meetings. Available on Mac and Windows for cross-platform remote support. Also there is a portable version so there is no need to install.
