First one is origional and the second one is modified as following.

1- Delete “watch?”
2- Delete the “=” after v, then add a “/”
3- Now add “&fmt=18” to the end of the link, so it will shows higher quality.

This customization will give you full screen YoyTube player with High Quality Video.

Always Play High Quality Videos When Available

For that you need to create an account at YouTube and after login do some setting from account panel and then watch videos. After you create account at YouTube, click at MyAccount link at the top and find Account menu and then click at Video Playback Quality. After you click that, you will be asked about playing always high quality videos when available. Select that option and you are done. Now whenever you will be logged in and will be watching videos, these will be high quality if available.
