You can sync your iOS devices with iTunes using a cable but if you are not comfortable with using that cable to sync, then an app Wi-Fi Sync solves the issue which lets you sync your iOS devices wirelessly with iTunes. Wi-Fi Sync is a data sync software that enables wireless syncing with iTunes at the touch of a button. Never go looking for that USB cable again. Sync from the car, bed or shed whenever it suits you. It can sync everything that iTunes can e.g. music, apps, photos, contacts, calendars, email accounts.

Open Wi-Fi Sync on iOS device and select the computer running the Wi-Fi Sync desktop application.

If using original Wi-Fi Sync version, you will need to authorize Wi-Fi Sync on your desktop computer. If using the 2.0 beta version, you will need a passcode that the desktop version provides. After that you can initiate sync directly from the iOS app.

You must install the free app on your computer (Mac or Windows PC) to use Wi-Fi Sync. Please note that Wi-Fi Sync only works if you have also purchased and installed the app on your Apple device.

Don’t attempt to restore or update your device while Wi-Fi Sync is installed on your PC; uninstall first, restore, then reinstall. If you update iTunes, you must reboot (Mac) or reinstall Wi-Fi Sync (Windows).
