How to install this theme?

Patch your system with UniversalThemePatcher x86 or x64 and move the theme to the following location:
C/Windows/Resources/Themes/

How to apply the theme?

Right click on desktop > Peronalize > Choose Theme.

How to UN-INSTALL this theme?

Apply another theme and go to the location of:
C/Windows/Resources/Themes/
and delete theme.

Where to put system files?

The start button/EXPLORER.EXE must be placed in:
C/Windows
Other files should be placed in
C/Windows/System32

Can’t replace system files why?

You will have to take control over the files and then move them into another folder for example backup. You can do this by right clicking the file.
Right Click > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Other Users or groups > Advanced > Find Now >
Scroll all the way down till you find your own PC-User > Click OK till you get back to Properties again.
Security Pop-ups are normal! > Edit > Give yourself full permission to do whatever.
