If you have been using PTCL EVO broadband wireless device to connect to the internet then you probably are used to recharging it by dialing 1015 from the broadband software that comes with the device. Recently I had an issue with recharging the device. After you dial 1015 you have to select the language and then you select the recharge option and type the scratch card number. After that you have to use hash key and then confirm the recharge by pressing 1. This method was not working. For the first time Wikipedia is protesting against something by remaining offline for 24 hours, worldwide, beginning at 05:00 UTC on Wednesday, January 18 2012. The blackout is a protest against proposed legislation in the United States — the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA) in the U.S. Senate. If passed, these bills would seriously damage the free and open Internet, including Wikipedia. Only English version of Wikipedia will be offline on Wednesday for 24 hours.
