Expense Management System is for room-mates sharing a flat or house. Its is little utility made in PHP for Web-based usage to calculate flat expenses and giving you some useful results in the form of a report from the information you provide it based on every room mate. Its is based on monthly report. In the situation where some room mates share a house and they have to calculate everty month that how much each item e.g. electricity, water supply, general, phone bill, internet bill, news paper bill and more costs to each room mate, then this is a very useful php software. It will see which month and year this is. You have to just give it Total bill amount and total rent amount and specify that how many room mates are there to divide expenditures in between. You can specify other expenditures in it too. It will give you total expenditures, and expenditure share for each room mate. You need WAMP or XAMPP web server (or online server with PHP enabled) to run this software.
