I have prepared a PHP based Email Marketing Solution having above all qualities. First lets discuss what is Email Marketing and what are its benefits?

Email marketing

E-mail marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial/non commercial messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every e-mail sent to a potential or current customer/user could be considered e-mail marketing. The term is usually used to refer to:

• Advertisers can reach substantial numbers of e-mail subscribers who have opted in (i.e., consented) to receive e-mail communications on subjects of interest to them.
• Over half of Internet users check or send e-mail on a typical day resulting more exposure.
• E-mail marketing is paper-free (i.e., "green").

All You Need to Know

This software is PHP based, mySQL database driven. You need WAMP or XAMPP to run it or you need an online PHP enabled web host to run it. In the package there is a folder named as sql file. It contains database information. If you do not know how to create a database and insert a database file in it proceed here. Okay, so collect sql file from that folder named as emailmarketing.sql and create a database named as emailmarketing in PHPMyAdmin. Import that sql file in that. Copy EmailMarketing folder in localhost root directory (e.g. in www). You are done. Browse that folder, give login info and you are in. Add users and their emails, manage them or email them all.

Online Usage and Settings

You will probably use this software at web host. In folder includes there is a file named as db.php comment its first part and un comment second part. Configure database variables named as host-name, host-user-name, host-password and db-name. Upload files and you are done. Read settings.txt for more information.
