January 18th, 2012 is the largest online protest in history, to stop the internet censorship bills, SOPA and PIPA. Many popular websites participated including Wikipedia, Google, Boing Boing, Digit Freak, Nedroid, TheOatMeal, TorProject, WordPress, Explosm and more.

Site dedicated to the strike is SopaStrike where they will guide you about how to strike or join this cause by installing a code in your website and they will also list your website if you enroll your website there.
