It seems that this video was made before the latest migration ways were created.
It makes no mention of Zinstall XP7 for example and too bad. It’s much better than Mover I think since it moves everything over and easier to use.
Also, they could mention the pros and cons of Zinstall / Mover / Easy Transfer etc.
