How to Restore 30 Days Old Lost Google Contacts List
Google recently has introduced ‘Restore Gmail Contacts’ feature in case of any mistakenly deleted gmail contacts. Recovering contacts that have been accidentally deleted is a valuable feature in Gmail that no other email service is providing yet. You can restore contacts which have been deleted within 10 minutes, one hour ago, yesterday, one week ago or even within a month.
- Recover contacts that have been accidentally deleted
- Restore contacts after an unsuccessful sync
- Undo a recent import
- Undo a recent merge
How to Restore Gmail Contacts List
- Click at the contacts (Left top first menu under Mail Link)
- Click at ‘more options’
- Click at ‘restore contacts’
- Choose desired filter
You can restore your contact list to the state it was in at any point within the past 30 days. This is a great way to recover deleted contacts, undo an import, or undo a merge.
When you delete a contact from Contacts, it will also get deleted from your Chat list. After the contact is deleted, Chat still remembers the invitation status for that contact for another 24 hours. If you restore a deleted contact within 24 hours, it will be fully restored in Chat. But if you restore a deleted contact after 24 hours, you will need to re-invite that person to your Chat list.
