Gmail Autopilot – WHAT?

by on April 6th, 2009

The easiest email could possibly be. As more and more everyday communication takes place over email, lots of people have complained about how hard it is to read and respond to every message. This is because they actually read and respond to all their messages. Well, now there is no need to read every message, even reply to every message by yourself: Gmail team says. Following is an autopilot response to a business email.

The more Gmail messages Autopilot can sample, the better. With fewer than 100 messages, there may not be enough data to calibrate Autopilot effectively. You can adjust tone, typo propensity, and preferred punctuation from the Autopilot tab under Settings.

Autopilot can also be enabled for Gmail Chat (g-talk). Gmail Autopilot passes with 99.9% accuracy due to the inclusion of human-like qualities such as compassion and wisdom and CADIE’s related ability to calibrate to match your chat style.

Isn’t this wonderful? You do not need to read every message or talk to every buddy. Just set Gmail Autopilot lose and relax. Your emails will be replied automatically. You will be always available to everybody at chat and at email 24/7, right?

Okay now I have found this service. Its kind of hidden in Gmail for now. Go to your Gmail settings and try to find it. If you are not able to find it, let me know.
