Run mamepgui.exe or mamep.exe
With mamep.exe its easy, select the game and hit enter from menu
With mamepgui.exe Click Available at the left side for available games
Press F5 to refresh
Run ‘Hard Head 2′ there
Type ok if asked
Press Enter couple of times
Press 5 for coins couple of times
1 to start
Keys: Ctrl, Alt, Enter, P
