Changing Kaspersky Chinese version to English language
Open Kaspersky > Settings > Options
Uncheck 'Enable Self Defense' option (Refer this image to find these steps in Chinese version).
Click Ok > Exit Kaspersky
Open C:Program Files/Kaspersky Lab/Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010/Skinloc
There you’ll find two folders named ‘en’ and ’sch’
Rename en to sch and sch to en and Restart
That’s it!
Run Kaspersky and it should be in English language.

As per your instruction i got the key
One thing I want to ask that the key file has been sent by a chinese site and this key can be activated on non-chinese KAV-2010, I mean to say that can i use this key for activation of an english version of KAV-2010 ,Plz reply earliest bcoz as you already know the keys have shelf life and it will automatically get activated waiting for an early response

Just download a chinese version of kav1010 & install it then on the active window press shift+f12
it will change the language from chinese to engish to get in original as chinese just press shift+f5
