If you have been using PTCL EVO broadband wireless device to connect to the internet then you probably are used to recharging it by dialing 1015 from the broadband software that comes with the device. Recently I had an issue with recharging the device. After you dial 1015 you have to select the language and then you select the recharge option and type the scratch card number. After that you have to use hash key and then confirm the recharge by pressing 1. This method was not working. After little bit of struggle when it did not work for me I had to contact the support and they suggested an alternative method.
