File Flashy.exe is not a Windows core file. The program has no visible window. File Flashy.exe is an unknown file in the Windows folder. Program starts upon Windows startup (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). Therefore the technical security rating is 84% dangerous. Flash is a backdoor trojan that tries to take control of the infected system. It runs a telnet server on the infected computer. It also changes the administrator password to "hacked".
