Acer Launches new Aspire Notebooks

by on June 22nd, 2011

The Taiwan based computer manufacturing company Acer, has recently launched the new Aspire 7560, 5560 and 4560 notebooks. The new models are suited for users utilizing high quality equipment, new crisp visual experiences, fast and easy document editing as well as superior playback responses.

The reason behind its great visual processing power is the newly developed Vision technology, powered by AMD. With this technology, featuring the new A-Series APU, users will be able to enjoy smooth 1080p playback, easy and fast photo and video editing. Helping this technology is the optional Blu-ray reader as well as Dolby Advanced Audio v2, created especially for notebooks to offer a quality sound experience.

In regards to their processing power, the new Aspire notebooks will come with the AMD Fusion APU’s (Accelerated Processing Unit), ensuring a greater performance with less energy consumption.

A rather more interesting and refreshing idea from the Taiwanese company is the incorporation of clear.fi., a digital home-entertainment solution that automatically connects all of the clear.fi compatible devices on your home network (your smart phone, notebook, all-in-one PC, HD media player, home storage, etc),  gathers media files from those devices, then categorizes them as Videos, Photos, or Music. With this addition, media from remotely operated devices can be managed under one roof.

The three Aspire models will come under separate screen sizes: 17.3″ for the 7560, 15.6″ for the 5560  and 14″ including LED Acer CineCrystal for the 4560. Moreover, the 7560 and 5560 will have numeric keypads for an increased rate in productivity, as well as a maximum capacity of 1.5 TB for the Aspire 7560.

Last but not least, the notebooks will be WiFi Certified, with an optional inclusion of Bluetooth 3.0+, Gigabit LAN cards, a spanking new Acer Crystal Eye high-definition 1.3 mega pixel webcam and microphone. While it is clear Acer’s x560 notebooks are something special, boasting strong hardware and technical innovations, a recommended retail price or a release date is not yet known.
