@navaneeth: Why do you need to convert an image into document? Anyways just open microsoft word, import that picture in that or copy paste there and save the document. There you have it. A document with an image.

Usually freeware is not better than shareware,If a PDF to Word Converter can deal with such complicated task,it won’t free.
but many pdf converters are cost a lot,it is really out of my budget.So I’m using Advanced PDF to Word 5.0,it only costs $19.95.

I have downloaded a program called Advanced pdf to word 5.0. It’s pretty good.
It is very good in preserving the formatting. It also allow us to convert a lot files at the same time.
