Backup is good but still we need a better solution for recovery anyways. The more security measures, the better. I have used Recuva and it has proved to be good and does what a free software is

Recuva, Restoration and Undelete plus are completely useless. I have tried them at various points throughout my career as an IT pro and never once have they been able to recover anything of value. Don’t waste your time on these junk products. They do not work. Can’t speak for the value of the others, but I will say that a solid backup procedure is a thousand times better than a shoddy undelete product which always seems to find recoverable files from seven months ago but nothing that was deleted five minutes ago. Back up early, often, and afterwards, and test the reliability of your backups!

plz include some recovery software which recover all file formats and some hacking softwares and ms outlook configration and trobleshooting notes.
